Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />A RESOLUTION HIRING A <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey began conducting a recruitment process for the <br />Community Development Director position in November 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, an interview panel of key stakeholders interviewed three finalists <br />and recommended Amber Miller for the Community Development Director position. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br />Confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to do the following: <br />Pass a motion hiring Amber Miller as the City's Community Development Director. Ms. <br />Miller will begin employment on March 24, 2008 at an hourly rate of $38.44. All personnel <br />policies will apply normally. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 12a' day of February 2008. <br />CC: 02/012/08 <br />
