PENALTIES <br /> <br />Any person, firm, entity or corporation that undertakes any development activity in violation of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to any additional <br />legal or equitable remedies available to the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. ORDINANCE SUMM ARY FOR PUBLICATION <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #08-08, which has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance: <br /> <br />Interim Ordinance #08-08 establishes a moratorium on all Conditional Use Permits for the <br />construction of the cell towers within the City of Ramsey. The purpose of the moratorium is to <br />provide time for the City to consider amendments to Section 9.15, entitled 'Towers', of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 10.
