The location of the tree save fencing should be amended to protect these <br />additional trees or provide reasoning as to why they cannot be conserved. The tree save <br />fencing must be included on both the tree preservation plan as well as the grading plan. <br />Please submit a revised plan. <br /> <br />16. Landscaping: Each single family lot shall be landscaped with two (2) trees, at least one <br />(1) inch in caliper for deciduous trees or at least five (5) feet in height for coniferous <br />trees, located preferably in the boulevard area or as near the front property lin~ as <br />possible. The boUlevard area (right-of-way) must be sodded while the remainder of the <br />yards may be sodded, seeded, or otherwise landscaped accordingly. Please submit a <br />landscaping plan for review and comment. The plan shall include species name <br />(common and Latin), size, root stock and quantities, as well as planting specifications. <br /> <br />17. Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from. <br />other regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, 2008, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, to review your sketch plan. A copy of the case cover sheet is <br />enclosed for your information. I suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the <br />meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
