Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br />A PAID ON -CALL FIRE FIGHTER <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Chad Hayft began working for the City on December 13, 2006 and <br />was subject to a probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Hayft has completed the required probationary period and the <br />necessary training as of April 22, 2008 and <br />WHEREAS, at its April 22, 2008 meeting, the City Council accepted the Personnel <br />Committee's recommendation to end the probationary period and grant status as paid on -call <br />Fire Fighter to Mr. Hayft on April 22, 2008. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Committee to end the probationary period and grant status as paid on -call Fire Fighter to <br />Mr. Chad Hayft effective April 22, 2008. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 22 day of April 2008. <br />
