Mr. Schrodffer s~ted that the plan must show that an easement for the service road exists. Mr. Torkild _~on .fltated that the County and City need to agree on the concept; however, the County removed ttte~'service road because of some objections from people. Mr. A1 Pe~son'i 14821 Bowers Drive N.W., Ramsey - stated he was on the City Council at the time the acg~isi~on of the Martin property was taking place and it was agreed that the City would help the C6ahty~get Martin's property if there was a road easement. Mr. TorkildJon'3tated that at that time it was the intent of the County to buy all of the Martin property, sgl! what wasn't needed and build the road with the proceeds. He stated that the plans changed anil[theCounty couldn't purchase all the property. Mr. Jim M0r~in, ~Owner of the Martin property - stated there is no question as to how his land will be develop~l. I~ is zoned commercial, the intent is for commercial development, and commercial developmeOt~ne~s a service road.
