Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Request for Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Site Plan Review of Ebony <br />Woods; Case of Dan Murphy and Tim Holm <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Look, to adopt Resolution #07. <br />10-272 adopting Findings of Fact #0812, as amended, to deny the Preliminary Plat and <br />Preliminary Site Plan Review of Ebony Woods. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Jeffrey, Look, Dehen, Elvig, <br />Olson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig reiterated that he is against commercial development on this property to <br />protect the residents in the area that have voiced their opposition. He stated that he supports <br />beginning the process of a comprehensive plan amendment to allow low density housing and <br />supports the City Council initiating the public hearing process to m~e that happen. <br /> <br />Councilmember Look stated that he would like the record to show that if this lot sells to a <br />commercial entity tomOlTOW that the residents stated at tonight's meeting that they are in favor of <br />thattype of development. <br /> <br />Councilmember Jeffrey stated that he agreed with Councilmember Elvig that the City Council <br />should begin the process for a comprehensive plan amendment.
