3. .That the following signs be posted on the Subject Roadway: <br />a) Both .sides of the .Subject Roadway shall be signed for "No Parking" if determined as <br />necessary by the City; <br />b) A sign shall be posted at the entry point of the Subject Roadway indicating its status as a <br />Minimum-Maintenance road. The sign posted must conform to the Minnesota Manual on <br />Uniform Traffic Control Devices. <br />4. That the only maintenance that the City will provide for the Subject Roadway is as follows: <br />Annual inspection by City Staff of the .Subject Roadway on or before July 1 of each year to <br />determine its status and that its condition is in compliance with its construction standards as <br />.described in Paragraph 2. above. <br />4. Upon determination by City Staff that the Subject Roadway is in substantial non-conformance <br />with the construction standards described in Paragraph 2. above, the City shall reconsider this. <br />Resolution. and take appropriate action, .including the possibility of revoking the Subject <br />Roadway's Minimum-Maintenance designation. <br />The motion for ,the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council the <br />day of July, 2008. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Administrator <br />-121- <br />
