The <br />rate in effect at the time of construction. will be collected prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. Outlot A and Outlot B are entirely encumbered by <br />drainage and utility easements for a regional stormwater pond. The City <br />will retain ownership of Outlots A and B and the pond serves as a City <br />regional basin and directly benefits Lots 1 and lA. <br />14. Tree Preservation Plan: The tree preservation plan has been received by <br />the City and will be addressed as part of the Site Plan Review for Panther <br />Precision. <br />15. Landscaping: A Landscaping Plan -has -been submitted and will be <br />reviewed as part of the Site Flan Review for Panther Precision. <br />16. Other Permits: The developer. is responsible for obtaining any permits <br />required from other regulatory agencies, including but not limited to a <br />stormwater construction permit from the MPCA, and a Lower Rum River <br />Watershed permit. <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2008, at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, to review the final plat. A copy of the-ease- cover <br />sheet is enclosed for your information. Representatives from the City will be <br />attending-that meeting on behalf of the application.
