Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #08-08-xxx <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF TC TRAIL <br />WHEREAS, the City. of Ramsey engaged the services of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. to <br />replat the following legally described property: <br />Lot 4A, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />-and- <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to be <br />processed as a minor subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the .Planning Commission reviewed the, sketch plan as required under Section <br />9.50.05 of the City Code on August 7, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, the park dedication requirements have been satisfied with the previous plats of <br />Sunfish Lake Business Park and Sunfish Lake Business Park Second Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the "City Council reviewed the Final Plat on Augustl2, 2008 and development fees <br />will be addressed in the Tax Increment contract; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of TC Trail in accordance with <br />relevant City Codes. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 12~' <br />day of August, 2008. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />-268- <br />
