The expanded building proposes to have a total of two loading docks, acceptable to City Code standards. Park Dedication: The park ,dedication fee will be addressed through the Tax Increment Financing Agreement between the property owner and the City of Ramsey.. Stormwater Management Fee: The Stormwater Management Fee will be addressed through the Tax Increment Financing agreement between the property owner and the City of Ramsey. Sewer and Water Trunk Charges: Sewer and water tnu~lc charges will be addressed through the Tax Increment Financing agreement between the property owner and the City of Ramsey.. REU Number: This property is subject to a storm water utility charge. An increase in 'the amount of impervious area will increase this charge. The cify will determine the amount of the increase upon review of the final. construction plans. The Residential Equivalent Unit (REU) is a method of assessing accurate quarterly usage charges for stormwater management. The ~REU is based on percent of impervious surface coverage; and has been estimated to be 8.08, resulting in a quarterly charge of $277.13 for 2008. The rate will change at the first of the year, and on an annual basis.
