The existing facility on LotI is zoned E~l Employment would <br />comply with lot coverage and setback requfrements within City Code. <br /> <br />A portion of Outlot A is within the Mississippi River Critical Area Overlay District. Staff has <br />forwarded the request on to the Minnesota Department ofNa-rural Reso1ll.'ces for comment. Lot 1 <br />currently gains acce~s from Highway 10. Staff has t'ol"Vl"arded the request to 'the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation. . <br /> <br />No cOn+J,cctions to municipal services are beh'l.g proposed at this time.
