10. That the Applicants have stated that all dogs are kept indoors. 11. That comments submitted at the public hearing and police incident reports indicate that there have been incidences where the dogs have been running at large. 12. That the Applicants have stated that all the animals are neutered, licensed,. and current on all vaccinations. 13. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. 14. Thatthe proposed use may be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimentalto persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare unless the animals are physically contained. 15. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding property. 16. That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. 17. That the proposed use will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such as highways and streets. 18. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. 19. That the proposed use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, c smoke, fumes, glare, or odors.
