<br />10. That the Applicants have stated that all dogs are kept indoors. <br /> <br />11. That comments submitted at the public hearing and police incident reports indicate that there <br />have been incidences where the dogs have been running at large. <br /> <br />12. That the Applicants have stated that all the animals are neutered, licensed,. and current on all <br />vaccinations. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />14. Thatthe proposed use may be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimentalto persons residing <br />or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare unless the animals are physically <br />contained. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br />value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />17. That the proposed use will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br />highways and streets. <br /> <br />18. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />19.
