The increase in the amount, <br />of impervious area will increase this charge. The REU number for this .site will be determined upon <br />submittal of :fmalized plans. It should be noted that the creation of a detention pond on the site <br />allows the property.owner to apply for a credit toward this charge. The property owner may wish to <br />apply to the City for consideration of this credit. . <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting to review the proposed final plans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />September 23, 2008, at the Ramsey.Municipal Center located at 7550 Sunwood Drive .N.W.
