<br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENTPERNllT <br />SAINT KATHARINE DREXEL CATHOLIC CHURCH <br /> <br />On September 23, 2008, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Saint <br />Katharine Drexel Catholic Community, ("Permittee"), whose address is 7101 143rd Avenue N.W., <br />Suite G, Ramsey, MN 55303, to construct a 10,000 square foot church facility ("Structure") on the <br />property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, SAINT KATHARINE DREXEL CATHOLIC CHURCH, Anoka County, <br />11innesota . <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to 99.03.08 ofthe City Code. The conditions of this approval are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or <br />architect. . <br /> <br />2. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be constructed ill <br />accordance with ~he requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />3. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed on the Site as shown on the <br />Site Plan submittal prepared by Station Nineteen Architects, Inc., dated March 3, 2008, revision <br />dated 2008. <br /> <br />4. REQillRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site <br />improvements on the Site in. accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the <br />Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />a. Site gradirig in accordance with the Grading and Utility Plan prepared by Anderson Passe <br />Associates dated March 3, 2008, revision dated ,2008. <br />b. Installation of concrete and bituminous driveways and parking lot. <br />c. Installation of B-6/12 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all concr~te <br />and/or bituminous surfaces, excluding the west perimeter of the parking lot as identified on <br />the approved Site Plan prepared by Station Nineteen Architects, Inc. dated March 3,2008, <br />revision dated , 2008, and the Grading Plan prepared by Anderson Passe dated <br />11arch 3, 2008, revision dated , 2008. <br />d. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction in accordance with the <br />Landscape Plan prepared by Station Nineteen Architects, Inc.~ dated , revision <br />dated , 2008. <br />e. Installation and removal oftemporary erosion control measures. <br />f. Installation of landscaping materials in accordance with the Landscape Plan prepared by <br />Station Nineteen Architects, Inc., dated , revision dated , 2008. <br /> <br />-278- <br />
