<br />To the members of the assessment hearing <br /> <br />My objection to this assessment is two fold. There was no set amount of money for the <br />assessment. I was never given a total dollar value of assessment for my property. The assessment <br />is for lighting. There is no lights that work or was installed on my block. In order for the city of <br />Ramsey to add an assessment to a property. The city needs to prove that there was added value to <br />my property. They must calculate the special benefit of the project and assess the properties by <br />that benefit alone furthermore the city must calculate the market value of my property before the <br />improvement and then after to see how much benefit my property did receive. My property does <br />not increase in market value from this project.
