CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />CONCRETE MASONRY UNLIMITED, INC. <br /> <br />On October 24, 2000, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Concrete <br />Masonry Unlimited, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, ("Permit-tee") to construct an 8,669 square <br />foot office and warehousing building ("Structures") on the property which is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block I, Ramsey Commercial Park Second Addition <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to {}9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />-3. <br /> <br />° <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shah be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan prepared by Lampert Architects, dated April 9, 1998, revision <br />date October 13, 2000. <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to. approval by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />'REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the .specifications and <br />location as shown on the:Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />a. Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan prepared by Ptowe <br /> Engineering, Inc., dated September 14, 2000, revision dated October 16, 2000. <br />b. Installation of bituminous driveways, park/rig lots and maneuvering areas. <br />c. Installation of B-6/12 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all <br /> bituminous surfaces. <br />d. Establishment of turf in' areas disturbed during construction. <br />e. Landscaping in accordance with the Landscape Plan prepared by Lampert <br /> Architects, dated April 9, 1998, revision dated October 13, 2000. <br />("Require.d Improvements) <br /> <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FEE. The CITY has enacted a Stormwater <br />Management Fee in the amount of Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Eight Dollars <br /> <br />-179- <br /> <br /> <br />
