The exterior of <br />the building is proposed to consist of concrete masonry block, some maintenance free siding and <br />an asphalt shingl~ roof. The proposed siding deviates from the Business architectural standards <br />.and will need: C.ii-y Council approval. The applicant has stated to staff that he intends to construct <br />a'building that' contains only concrete masonry units instead of concrete and vinyl siding. Staff <br />recommended that the concrete block be integrally treated with color instead of painted concrete. <br />A revised exterior elevation plan will need to be submitted to staff prior to City Council <br />appr0,~al.
