NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY Of RAMSEY <br />ANOIA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on <br />Monday, November 10, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by 01' Skool Bar and Grill, LLC d/b /a <br />01' Skool Bar and Grill, for an On -Sale, Sunday Sales and 2:00 a.m. Intoxicating Liquor License <br />at the property generally known as 7550 Highway 910 NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. (Note: This is <br />not a new liquor license; this is a sale /transfer of ownership). This establishment is currently <br />known as 01' Skool Bar and Grill. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for an <br />On -Sale Intoxicating liquor license. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act. Upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form, and <br />interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Jo Thieling at 763- <br />433 -9840 prior to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 5, 2008. There is a TDD machine at <br />Ramsey Municipal Center; the number is 763 -427 -8591. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the .Ramsey City Council, <br />attention Jo Thieling, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
