Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />WHEREAS, staff would like to bring the City to a full complement of firefighters for the <br />Fire Station 3 in Nowthen; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has requested that the Personnel Committee make a motion <br />recommending that the City Council hire the following five individuals as paid -on -call <br />Firefighters: Chad Sacre, Isaac Schulz, Michael Suchy, Charles Swirtz, and Tyler Wiemann; and <br />WHEREAS, these individuals would be hired at an hourly wage of $12.50 and would <br />begin employment on December 10, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, these individuals have successfully completed all background checks and <br />medical exams. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br />Confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to do the following: <br />Hire the following five individuals as paid -on -call firefighters: Chad Sacre, Isaac <br />Schulz, Michael Suchy, Charles Swirtz, and Tyler Wiemann These individuals would <br />be hired at an hourly wage of $12.50 and would begin employment on <br />December 10, 2008.
