The post office had not <br />forwarded that one piece of mail. Only by chance did I learn it was still in my mailbox in Anoka just <br />this last Sunday night, November 2. 1 have read that letter sent by them by email. <br />I am opposed to the request to rezone their properties which would four dogs or more at 6250 160th <br />Lane NW. During summer months, with our windows open or shut, their dogs will bark in the evening <br />hours and even during the night. This is most disturbing.
