<br />WHEREAS, on October 28, 2008 the Ramsey City Council authorized the solicitaion of bids
<br />from plans prepared by staff, and;
<br />WHEREAS,. pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement Project 08-37,County
<br />Pond Storm Sewer Outlet, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and;
