requirement to name streets in accordance with the City's adopted grid pattern and that the required <br />road pavement be decreased from 31 feet to 29 feet. The Northfork Park Dedication Agreement <br />Addendum dated May 9, 1989 does not require a review by the Ramsey Park and Recreation <br />Commission. In accordance with that agreement, the area to be platted as Northfork Point is not <br />subject to any park dedication requirements. She added that the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />has recommended approval of the preliminary plat for Northfork Point Addition with no variance <br />from the required 31 feet of street pavement and allowing a substitute name for Yak Street. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to grant preliminary <br />plat approval to Northfork Point Addition contingent upon compliance with the City Engineer's <br />review letter dated May 2, 1991 and in accordance with the Northfork PUD Park Dedication <br />Agreement dated May 9, 1989. Further, that no variance will be given to the required 31 feet of <br />street pavement and a substitute name for Yak Street will be considered. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit for a Temporary Mobile Home <br />Residence at Northfork Links Golf Course Construction Site; Case of <br />Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated that Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. has applied for a conditional use permit for <br />the use of a mobile home, in addition to a construction trailer, on the subject property for security <br />purposes. The project superintendent and his wife would reside in the home until the project is <br />complete, approximately two years. On April 23, 1991, the City Council granted temporary <br />permission for Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. to move the mobile home onto the property for <br />security reasons until a decision has been made on the application for the conditional use permit. <br />On May 7, 1991, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that City Council approve <br />the request for a Conditional Use Permit for a temporary mobile home. <br /> <br />Mr. Peck stated that Planning and Zoning requested a $3,000 performance bond and he feels that a <br />bond of $1,000 is more than adequate. <br /> <br />The Council reviewed the f'mdings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to adopt Resolution g91- <br />05-120 adopting the proposed Findings of Fact g0299 relating to Glenn Rehbein, Inc.'s request <br />for a conditional use permit for a temporary mobile home. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer and Hardin. <br />Voting No: None.
