We
are here to express concerns, doubts and to obtain information in
regards to the Cedar Hills Addition as it abutts Hunters Hill to the
east.

Our main concerns have been:

1. Water drainage - the natural outlet being FROM Hunters Hill into
Cedar Hills.

Preliminary grading was started this week. Today there is an
approximately 5' high mound of dirt along the property to the east of
Hunters Hill. This is exactly were the natural drainage left Hunters
Hill. Can
drainage be accomplished by installing a catch basin on the Cedar
Hills side that correspondes to the true LOW POINT of Lot 3 Block 4
of Hunters Hill? This would locate the basin just inside the back
property line in the area of Lots 11 and 12 of Phase 5 of Cedar Hills.
If this is not feasible, what are the alteratives that impact Hunters
Hill the least? When could this be accomplished? Will Cedar Hills
