Hunters Hill Residents
6328 - 143rd Lane N W
Ramsey, Minnesota 55303
Phone: 421-1633

October 8, 1991

City of Ramsey
15153 Nowthen Blvd
Ramsey, Minnesota

55303

ATTN: City Council Members and Staff

RE: Cedar Hills Addition

Council Members and Staff;

We have had a great deal of interest in and have attended many
meetings on the Cedar Hills Addition with the related impacts on our
neighborhood, Hunters Hill, since the Planning and Zoning Public
Hearing in October, 1988.

Now that construction is just beginning those concerns remain. (see pictures) Our concern is where the water will drain now
that the natural drainage area has been so greatly altered. Can
drainage be accomplished by installing a catch basin on the Cedar
Hills side that correspondes to the true LOW POINT of Lot 3 Block 4
of Hunters Hill? This would locate the basin just inside the back
property line in the area of Lots 11 and 12 of Phase 5 of Cedar Hills.
If this is not feasible, what are the alteratives that impact Hunters
Hill the least? When could this be accomplished? Will Cedar Hills
