Construction of towers to SUPPOlt <br />commercial antennas that conform to aU applicable provisions ofthis Code may be allowed only <br />the foHowing locations: <br /> <br />a. Parcels within the Tower Overlay District as shown on the ofl:1cial Zoning <br />Map. <br /> <br />b. All church, govermnent,- school, utility, and institutional sites. <br /> <br />C. If the proposed tower is to be located within a residential district, <br />documentation must be included in the application that demonstrates that the <br />tower cannot be reasonably located within a c0111mercial, industrial, or <br />public/quasi-public zoning district. <br /> <br />9.15.04 <br /> <br />Towers in Town Center and Critical River Ovel'lay ZOllillg Districts. <br />Cqnstruction of towers to support commercial antelUlas shall not be allowed in <br />Town Center and Critical River Overlay Zoning Districts, except that: <br /> <br />a. Antelmas lllay be attached to existing structul~es in provided the antenna <br />does not extend lllore than 20 feet above the highest point ofthe stlUcture or <br />tower. <br /> <br />9.15.05 Towers in the H-I Zoning District.
