2. Name(s) and. address(es) of owner(s) of land, and of engineer and/or architect <br />preparing the plans; <br />3. A property survey certified by a registered land surveyor; <br />4. The number of employees expected to work at the site; <br />5. A site plan accurately scaled and dimensioned specifically showing the <br />location of all buildings; <br />6. A topographical map of the site; and <br />7. The building design plan must be certified by an architect or .engineer <br />registered in the State of Minnesota, certifying that the design of the building <br />has-been prepared under their direct supervision. <br />8. Present use of the subject property and the present use of all directly adjacent <br />parcels; and <br />9. Location of all existing structures and improvements on the property. ~ <br />10. Location of significant historical and natural features, including but not <br />limited to wetlands, lakes,-rivers, ditches and woodlands. <br />c. Submittal Information The site plan/building design application shall show <br />provisions for the following improvements which shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the relevant criteria prescribed herein: <br />1. Landscape plan, including any buffer areas, screening, existing trees to be <br />preserved and new plantings; <br />2. Location and site of any on-site septic system(s), plus area for one additional <br />systems; <br />3. .Site access; <br />4. Loading docks; - <br />5. Exterior lighting locations, specifications and diagrams of lighting fixtures <br />for the building, parking areas and site in generate <br />6. Bituminous or concrete surfaces and curbing; <br />7. Exterior Building elevations; <br />8. Waste storage area location and construction materials; <br />9. Site drainage; <br />10. A topographical map and grading plan; <br />-139- <br />
