NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY .THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That the City Administrator, Public Works Director, and Parks Supervisor are hereby <br />authorized to transfer $61,759 from the Park Improvement Trust Fund to the General <br />Fund for and City performed work and purchased materials on IP 08-22 Sunfish Lake <br />Park. <br />2) That the City Administrator, Public Works Director, and Parks Supervisor are hereby <br />authorized to transfer $30,000 from the Park Improvement Trust Fund to the TIF District <br />1 for land purchase. <br />3) That the City Administrator, Public Works Director, and Parks Supervisor are .hereby <br />authorized to expend up to $40,000 from the Trail Fund,. for retaining walls and or curb on <br />IP 08-22 Sunfish Lake Park. <br />4) _ That the City Administrator, Public Works Director, and Parks Supervisor are hereby <br />authorized to expend up to $30,000 from the .Park Improvement Trust Fund for <br />contgencies assoicated with the project, subject to the conditions noted below. <br />5) That the total expenditure from the Park Trust Fund for IP 08-22 Sunfish Lake Park shall <br />be $333;806 ($212,046.93 to American Liberty Construction (Resolution 09=03-~S:XX) <br />and $121,759 Transfers/Contingency). <br />6) That the total expenditure from the Trail Fund for IP 08-22 Sunfish Lake Park shall be up <br />to $98,561 ($58,560.88 to American Liberty Construction (Resolution 09-03-XXX) and <br />up to $40,000 retaining walls and or curb). <br />7) That any change order or contigency exceeding $5,000 per item shall receive City Council <br />approval. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />28th day of October 2008.. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #09-03-XXX <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />-154- <br />
