Mr. Gromberg <br />explained that the outlot is a Iow area. Mr. Otto replied that the trail would not be going <br />through the outlot. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner Roselle. <br /> <br />Case #6 Request to review sketch plan: case of Gerald Bauer. <br /> <br />Jim Gromberg explained that Gerald Bauer is requesting sketch plan review to plat <br />property located east of St. Francis Boulevard N.W. and Gobernatz Addition at 177th <br />Avenue N.W. The proposed subdivision consists of reconfiguring three existing lots <br />totaling approximately 48.5 acres. The individual lot sizes resulting form the <br />reconfiguration would be 2.5 acres, 9.7 acres and 35.1 acres. Zoning Administrator, <br />Sylvia Frolik, has recommended collecting $350.00 on at least two of the lots at time of <br />plat approval. <br /> <br />Gerald Bauer, 6131 Green Valley Road,explained that the property is presently land <br />locked. He added he agrees with staff's recommendation for payment of park dedication but <br />requested that the $350.00 for each of the two lots be paid at the time of building permit <br />issuance. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairman Hetland and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to recommend that <br />City Council require park dedication to be satisfied at the time a building permit is issued <br />for each of the two undeveloped lots, with park dedication to be in the amount of $350.00. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Hetland, Commissioners Prall, Johnson, Lokker, <br />Rustad and Swokowski. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Roselle. <br /> <br />Case #7 <br /> <br />Request to review the acquisition of tax forfeit property <br />02-32-24-23-0020. <br /> <br />Jim Gromberg requested that the Park Commission look at acquiring an outlot in Rod'eo <br />Hills that is tax forfeit.
