<br />Site Plan application is anticipated to be submitted by the third party fora High Density residential development within <br />30 days. That request is proposed to be heard in May. The City will require any necessary or requested soil testing, <br />flood zone verification, and other materials during this Site Plan phase. <br /> <br />We are aware of the unique natural resources in both the hydrology and topography of the Subject Property. We look <br />to take great care in reviewing the future development proposal in order to protect these resources. I will forward that <br />development proposal (Site Plan) as soon as I get it. <br /> <br />The Application is scheduled to be heard by Planning Commission on April 2, 2009.
