Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #11: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance for a Six Month Extension to the Development <br />Moratorium on Highway #10, West of Armstrong Boulevard NW <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that on June 24, 2003, the City Council <br />introduced an ordinance for a six-month extension of the development moratorium on certain <br />parcels located north and south of T.H. #10, west of Armstrong Boulevard NW. The purpose of <br />the moratorium extension was to protect the planning process while MnDOT, Anoka County and <br />Hennepin County complete the Scoping Document related to the Northwest Metro Corridor and <br />River Crossing Study.
