shall cause such dog or animal of a dog kind to be killed and shall !broperly dispose of the remains thereof. Any monies collected under this section shall be payable to the town clerk, who shall monthly pay said monies over to the town treasurer, Section 13. Except as otherwise provided in this ordinance, it shall be unlawful to kill, destroy or otherwise cause any injury to any dog or animal of a dog kind. Viola- tion of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor, Section 14. All fees and charges under this ordinance shall be pay- able to the town clerk, who shall pay over each month the total thereof to the town treasurer. Section 15. The officer, appointed to enforce this ordinance, shall keep an accurate account of all dogs or animals of a dog kind received at the pound, and of all dogs animals of a dog kind killed °orr released. Section 16. Iq'o person shall in any manner molest, hinder or in- terfere with any person authorized by the town board to eapture dogs or animals of a dog kind and eon- ve¥ the same to the dog pound while engaged in such occupation. Section 17. Whoever violates any provision of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof before the Justice of Peace Court, be punished by a fine not exceeding twenty- five dollars and may be imprisoned until such fine is paid, not exceed- ing fifteen days. Section 18. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after meeting all requirements of publication and notice as re- quired by law. HERBERT W. PERRY Chairman ROBERT E.
