Ms Reed-Kone, Apri114,2009 I am filing a formal complaint in regards to Councilmember Looks email of March 31st to Joe McDilda in which he references the Letter to the Editor that I wrote and greatly disrepects me and my constitutional right to express my opinions as a matter offree speech. He states that my statement that wetland buffers are like right of of ways is incorrect and that right of ways are purchased. Right of Ways are neg9tiated at time of plat approval and are not purchased. This is the first tlase stement made by Councilmember Look. In addition he states that I was disrepectful to him at the Council meetin in regards to the Natural Resource inventory vote. This is not only a false statement but an outright lie as I never attended this meeting and if meeting minutes are read, 1 never spoke. r believe that any QTV video records would spell this out. I have only attenderd one regular council meeting that Councilmember Look was at and that was in regards to the Wetland Inventory and if you look at the meeting minutes you can see that I never addressed Councilmember Look. In addition, during the break of that meeting it was Councilmember Look that disrespected me by telling me that facts and reports that I refemce'don't meen anything and that he can find reports taking the opposit-e opinion. Of COl,lrse, he has never been able toprovid'e those reports. Second it is obvious that Councilmember Look is trying to intimidate Mr. McDilda, myse~ and other members of the BPS" if we don't agree with his or.city council positions. It is obvious that he is threatening Mr. McDiIda~ myself and. the. EPB whenJre. states.. "Use Caution" Again, I am asking that Councilmember Look be investigated, and at the very least condemed by city council for this inappropriate, threateningandintmidating correspondence. pj~.
