Stormwater treatment must be accounted for on site, but the volume can be accommodated in the. regional basin to the northeast. The City is open to various Best Management Practices (BMP's) to accomplish your treatment requirement. The current plans_ show all the paved areas; and potentially the building roof, rurining directly into the Xkimo Street right-of-way. All runoff must be handled on site and not directly discharged to public right-of-way. . Please review. the grades on the proposed drainage swale at the north end of the site.
