Any <br />party may change its address for the service of notice by giving written notice of such change to <br />the other party, in any manner above specified, 10 days prior to the effective date of such change. <br /> <br />25. TIME OF ESSENCE <br /> <br />Landlord and Tenant agree that time is of the essence in the Lease and the performance <br />and payment of each and every obligation herein. <br /> <br />26. CONTRACT INTERPRETATION <br /> <br />26.1 Captions; Meanings. The section captions and headings herein are for <br />convenience and reference only and do not limit or construe the provisions hereof. When the <br />context so requires, the neuter gender includes the masculine and/or feminine; and the singular <br />includes the plural. <br /> <br />26.2 Entire Agreement. This Lease represents the entire agreement between the <br />parties hereto, and there are no agreements, understandings or undertakings except as set forth <br />herein. All prior negotiations and writings between the parties and their representatives are <br />superseded hereby. This Lease may not be amended, modified or supplemented except by a <br />writing, duly and properly executed, and no term, condition or covenant hereof may be waived <br />other than by such writing. <br /> <br />14 <br />
