<br />Council Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF A <br />PARKS MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Todd Marlette, Parks Maintenance Worker, has submitted a letter of <br />resignation effective July 17, 2009; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staffhas recommended that the City Council accept Mr. Marlette's letter of <br />resignation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />Accepts Todd Marlette's resignation from the Parks Maintenance Worker position, effective July <br />17,2009. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption ofthe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member, <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 14th day of July 2009. <br /> <br />G:\Administration\HumanResources\Recruitment\(6) P~bJic Works\Parks Maintenance Worker <br />
