<br />(1) Ramsey Boulevard is improved to a four lane divided highway from T.H. 10 to <br />1,000 feet north of Bunker Lake Boulevard.. This project includes sIgnal <br />modifications at T.R. 10 and railroad crossing upgrades (signal and surface). <br />(2) Afull traffic actuated signal is installed at Ramsey Boulevard and Bunker Lake <br />Boulevard and at Ramsey Boulevard andSunwood Drive with right and left turn <br />lanes as required for all approachesJo the intersection. <br />(3) Turn lanes (both left and right) will be added on Bunker Lake Boulevard at Town <br />Center Drive. <br />(4) Left turn lane s as required for south bound traffic and a right turn lane for north <br />bound traffic will be added on Armstrong Boulevard at Sunwood Drive. <br />(5) Several city streets will be constructed south of Bunker Lake Boulevard. <br />B. Phase II (2006) - Phase two of the project includes the following components: <br />(1) Armstrong Boulevard is reconstructed from T.H. 10 to 1,000 feet north of <br />Bunker Lake Boulevard to a four lane divided roadway. This project includes <br />signal modifications at T.R. 10 and railroad crossing upgrades (signal and <br />surface). <br />(2) Full traffic actuated signal systems wouid be installed at the intersections of <br />Bunker Lake Boulevard and Armstrong Boulevard, and at Armstrong Boulevard <br />and Sunwood Drive. All signals on Bunker La~e Boulevard shall be <br />interconnected with an interconnect system compatible with other County <br />interconnects. <br /> <br />. C. Phase ill (2007)- Phase three .of the project includes the following components: <br />(1) Bunker Lake Boulevard is reconstructed to a four lane divided roadway from <br />Armstrong Boulevm:d to 1,000 feet west of Ramsey Boulevard (C.R. 56). <br />(2) Full traffic actuated signal systems would be instal1ed at the intersection of <br />Bunker Lake Boulevard and Town Center Drive, Bunker Lake Boulevard at <br />. Sunfish Lake Boulevard. . AU signals on Bunker Lake Boulevard shall qe <br />interconnected with an interconnect system compatible with other County <br />interconnects. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />The County will consider the addition of a full traffic actuated signal system at <br />the intersection of Bunker Lake Boulevard and SUllwood Drive following receipt <br />of additional traffic information to justify said signal system. <br />The remaining City streets s,outhof Bunker Lake Boulevard would be <br />constructed.
