<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br />FOR A PATROL OFFICER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Drew Moldenhauer was promoted from a Community Service <br />Officer to a Patrol Officer on July 1,2008; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Moldenhauer has successfully completed his one-year <br />probationary period as a Patrol Officer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its July 14, 2009 meeting agreed with <br />staffs recommendation to end the probationary period for Drew Moldenhauer, effective <br />July 1,2009. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council confirms the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Committee to end the probationary period for Drew Moldenhauer, effective <br />July 1,2009. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 14th day of July 2009. . <br /> <br />G:\Administration\HumanResources\Performance Evaluations\Ending Probation\Police <br />
