<br />Consent Cf <br /> <br />CONSIDER A RESOLUTION APPOINTING <br />A PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBER <br /> <br />By: Givonna Reed Kone, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />In July 2009, Planning Commission Chair Mike Nixt submitted his letter of resignation. <br />The resignation was accepted by staff and staff was directed to contact Ralph Brauer, <br />who had been selected as an alternate, regarding his interest in the vacant seat. Staff <br />contacted Mr. Brauer and he is interested in serving on the Planning Commission through <br />March 31,2011. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Appoint Ralph Brauer to a term on the Planning Commission ending March 31, 2011. <br /> <br />Funding Source <br /> <br />Board and commission members are paid a stipend of $25 per meeting.
