<br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />CONSIDER A RESOLUTION APPOINTING <br />A PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michael Nixt has resigned from the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term of the vacant seat will expire March 31, 2011; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ralph Brauer was selected as an alternate by consensus during the <br />spring 2009 recruitment process: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey makes the following appointment to the <br />Planning Commission: <br /> <br />Ralph Brauer - Term Ending March 31, 2011 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 11th day of August 2009. <br />
