Option 2 <br /> <br />2-11' travel lanes and 2-8' parking lanes. <br />2-11 ' travel lanes and 1-8' parking lane on the west side of the road. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE / STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen stated he was contacted by a resident who had a concern regarding the <br />septic he was installing. The resident stated the City asked that he sign an indemnification <br />agreement, holding the City harmless if there are any problems with the installation. <br />Councilmember Dehen requested a discussion on the requirements for indemnification <br />agreements for septic system installation and whether there are any legal ramifications that the <br />City could be found liable for work done by any individual. Also, whether or not the City wants <br />to allow people who are not certified to install systems. <br /> <br />Councilmember McGlone stated his concerns regarding sidewalks and asked if the City has a <br />written agreement addressing when sidewalks should be installed, noting he would like to review <br />the City ordinance.
