SCOPE OF WORK The HKGijMSA team will meet with City Staff and the Steering Committee to review comments on the design development documents and confirm direction of construction documents, construction budgets and schedule. The HKGijMSA team will prepare design development drawings for all site improvements and sustainable design strategies approved in the design development set, including circulation systems, landscaped areas, event spaces, stormwater areas, structures, lighting, site furnishings, waterfeatures and other site amenities. It is anticipated the following will be included in the construction document set: . · Tree Protection Plan (if necessary) · Site Demolition Plan · Materials Plan(s) · Layout Plan(s) · Grading and Drainage Plan(s) (to be completed by others) · Planting Plan(s) · Irrigation Plan(s) · Reference Sections · Preliminary Construction Details · Technical Specifications 50% Document Upon completion of the 50% construction documents, we will conduct a 50 % review of the documents with City Staff. We will review the set for code compliance and clarity of the documents. The HKGijMSA team will coordinate reviews with all reviewing agencies. The comments received will be incorporated into further refinement of the construction documents. 90% Document Review Upon completion of the 90% construction documents, we will conduct a 90% review of the documents with City Staff. The HKGi/MSA team will coordinate reviews with all reviewing agencies. The comments received will be incorporated into a final bid package. Cost The HKGi/MSA team will calculate a summary of quantities and prepare a final construction cost estimate. We will meet with and coordinate with City Staff during the course of construction documentation to review progress of the documents. IIKGi Page 36 - Park Design Services
