Coyle, P.E., LEEcjB> AP <br /> <br />Engineering Coordination, Sustainable Design, Construction Documents <br /> <br />Relevant Experience <br /> <br />Mississippi River Community Park Improvements, Anoka, MN - Landscape Architect. <br />Working with the Anoka Parks and Recreation staff and advisory committee, Kimley-Hom provided <br />preliminary through final design and construction services for a community park reconstruction <br />project located along the Mississippi River. The primary components of the project included the <br />replacement of the existing wooden surfacing of the picnic shelter area and installation of new <br />playground equipment. The project included the development of three alternative concepts relating <br />to the project's context, also considering aesthetics, durability, installation costs, maintenance <br />costs, and reducing vandalism. <br /> <br />Main Street Improvements, Anoka, MN - Project Engineer. Kimley-Hom is assisting the city of <br />Anoka with the reconstruction of a one-mile segment of Main Street. A team of engineers and <br />landscape architects is working with city staff to assess possible access consolidation and closure <br />opportunities, pavement designs, urban design and landscape improvements, and the modification <br />of the current roadway section from a four-lane undivided design to a four-lane divided design. <br />The project includes a significant public involvement process, including monthly meetings with the <br />Anoka Business and Landowners Association and other community leaders. <br /> <br />North Central Business District Redevelopment, Anoka, MN - Project Engineer. Kimley-Horn <br />is providing preliminary and final design and construction phase services for the redevelopment of <br />1.5 blocks of the city of Anoka's North Central Business District. The project includes the <br />construction of five new mixed-use buildings. Other tasks include streetscape design and the <br />preparation of design plans for the reconstruction of adjacent public streets. <br /> <br />Pierce Street Reconstruction, Anoka, MN - Project Manager. Kimley-Horn reconstructed <br />approximately 2,400 feet of roadway with a new alignment to better serve the proposed Northstar <br />Commuter Rail station and future improvements in the commuter rail transit village. The project <br />involved the installation of new utilities within the new roadway including storm sewer, sanitary <br />sewer, and a water main. The design of the storm sewer system included provisions for future <br />integration with regional best management practices (BMPs), and installing a conduit for one <br />signal system to be installed at a later date. Kimley-Horn also provided construction observation <br />and administration. <br /> <br />Pentagon Park Alternative Urban Areawide Review, Edina, MN - Project Engineer. Kimley- <br />Horn is working as a subconsultant to plan a 43-acre mixed-use, sustainable development that will <br />include more than 800,000 gross square feet of office, retail, and senior housing and more than <br />3,500 spaces of structured and surface parking. <br /> <br />Honeywell Golden Valley Campus Renovations, Golden Valley, MN - Project Manager. The <br />Honeywell Golden Valley renovation project consisted of building interior modifications and <br />campus construction. As a subconsultant to an architect, Kimley-Horn provided schematic design, <br />design development, and construction documents for the reconstruction/expansion of two parking <br />lots.
