parking lot space as well as increasing the capacity of the existing wet detention basin to comply with local watershed
requirements.

Fairview Ambulatory Care Center, Minneapolis, MN - Project Manager. The University of Minnesota Medical Center,
Fairview Ambulatory Care Center project is being undertaken by a partnership of Fairview Health Services, the University
of Minnesota and its Academic Health Center, and the University of Minnesota Physicians. The project will replace and
consolidate adult ambulatory facilities in the Twin Cities. When completed, the project will have created a new state-of-the-
art ambulatory facility for adult outpatient services (clinics, surgery, and cancer care) that is patient-centered and more
accessible to the general public than the current facilities and enhances the academic attractiveness of the institution as a
whole. The new facility is being constructed on the city block bounded by Fulton Avenue, Essex Avenue, Erie Street, and
Ontario Street. Kimley-Horn is providing site engineering, landscape architecture and urban design, and on-site traffic
circulation analysis services for the project. The high intensity urban development requires creative stormwater
management, landscape/urban design, and traffic circulation solutions.

Gustavus Adolphus College Academic Building, St. Peter, MN - Project Manager. Kimley-Horn is providing site civil
engineering services to Gustavus Adolphus College for the proposed academic building on the emerging West Mall of the
campus. The 80,OOO-square-foot building will seek LEED@ platinum certification, which is consistent with Gustavus'
leadership in environmental stewardship. The stormwater management and rain water capture elements of the site design
will be very visible components of this sustainable design. The building will be completed in 2011.

Medical Office Building Expansion, Faribault, MN - Project Manager. District One Hospital is planning a medical office
building expansion. Kimley-Horn provided the schematic design and design development services for public utilities,
stormwater management, surface parking, and landscape architecture. After District One Hospital determines how the
project will be funded, Kimley-Horn will provide construction documents.

EF060172.09

Appendix-6
