Complete Deleeating Contractine Process, Project Memorandum and revisions to Categorical <br />Exclusions required for MnDOT review and approval. <br />2. Confirm original Phose II planning document footprint is still accurate and there ore no <br />additional Right of Way requirements. <br />3. Resubmit ROW Certificate #1. <br /> <br />SCHEMATIC DESIGN <br /> <br />1. Confirm with City of Ramsey the number of parking spaces to be provided. <br />2. Design the internal circulation for both vehicular and pedestrian flow for new elements <br />including new west stair/elevator tower. <br />3. Layout preliminary striping for the parking facility. <br />4. Locate and size new stair towers according to code and operational coordinating with new <br />development requirements. <br />5. Select architectural concepts and materials. <br />6. Prepare preliminary plans and outline spe~ifications for the recommended scheme illustrating: <br /> <br />a. Internal parking structure, vehicular and pedestrian traffic flow. <br />b. Preliminary parking layouts including bay sizes, parking stall size and turning radii. <br />c. Locations of parking structure entry and exit lanes. <br />d. Recommend parking structure security provisions. <br />e. Preliminary architectural elevations illustrating materials and concepts. <br /> <br />7. Prepare a preliminary estimate of the probable construction cost for the parking facility. <br />8.
