Prepare design development drawings (including elevations) for exterior fa9ade and <br />the stair I elevator tower treatment. <br /> <br />, 3. Structural Design <br /> <br />a. Prepare design and layout the structural grid system. <br />b. Prepare recommend details and outline specifications for structural system. <br />c. Review with City of Ramsey alternatives for increased structural durability. <br />d. Prepare outline specifications for structural engineering items and for sealers, sealants, <br />and joint system. <br /> <br />4. Electrical Design <br /> <br />a. Prepare the lighting layouts for the parking. <br />b. Provide recommended switching and Circuitry. <br /> <br />5. Mechanical and Fire Protection <br /> <br />a. Review the City of Ramsey requirements for fire protection. <br />b. Confirm size of mechanical services lines. <br /> <br />6. Civil Design (Landform) <br /> <br />a. Layout curb cuts, and entry exit drive. <br />b. Connect to site utilities. <br />c. Provide landscaping around expansion site. <br /> <br />7. General <br /> <br />a. Prepare drawings and outline specifications for the parking facility and prepare an <br />updated estimate of probable construction cost. <br />b. Review the Design Development documents with the City of Ramsey. <br />c.
