The Planning Commission shall advise the subdivider of the <br />extent to which the plan conforms to the requirements of the community and <br />the abili~ of the city to provide essential services and may discuss possible <br />modifications necessary to secure approval of the subdivision. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Required Sketch Plan Data. It shall be a condition to the <br />acceptance of a Subdivision sketch plan for filing with the Zoning Administrator that said sketch <br />plan shall include the data required hereunder. <br /> <br />a. Name of subdivision, which name shall not duplicate any. plat already <br /> recorded in Anoka County. <br /> <br />b. Full Legal description of the land involved in said plat. <br /> <br />c. Names and addresses of the owner and subdivider of the land, and the <br /> designer and surveyor of said plat. <br /> <br />d. Graphic scale of not more than one inch to 100 feet. <br /> <br />e.
