A system of drainage shall be provided that will <br />conform and implement the City's comprehensive stormwater plan. <br /> <br />Storm Water Maintenance. Upon successful establishment of permanent <br />erosion control facilities the Subdivider shall safe guard the storm sewer <br />system from excess siltation caused by construction until 90% buildout <br />within a subdivision, including the sodding, the Subdivider shall clean all <br />storm sewers and shall also remove silt from all ponding areas which <br />received runoff from the development as well as all temporary erosion <br />control devices (i.e. silt fence). <br /> <br />Streets. Streets shall be constructed which are graded and paved in <br />accordance with specifications provided by the City. <br /> <br />Curb and Gutter. Concrete curb and gutter shall be installed in those <br />subdivisions where sanitary sewer and water are required. <br /> <br />Street Traffic Control Signals. If deemed necessary, by the City Engineer <br />and Council, the owner or subdivider shall install street traffic control <br />signals. The signalization shall be constructed in conjunction with the <br />street unless the Council grants a waiver to delay signalization. In the <br />event such waiver is granted, the owner or subdivider shall deposit with the <br />City..' a sum 6f money equivalent to the Engineer's estimated c ..... * .... <br />signalization. 9.50.50 <br /> <br />Lot Grading. Ali lots shall be graded in accordance with the final grading <br />plan. In addition, erosion control measures shall be followed to eliminate <br />erosion. Upon completion of the grading, topsoil shall be restored and <br />temporary vegetation established. <br /> <br />Trail Development. Trail improvements shall be installed as shown on the <br />final plat and/or master trail plan. All accessible bikeway/walkway <br />traitways shall be constructed of a minimum two-inch (2") bituminous mat <br />on a four-inch (4") gravel base. Grades and specifications shall be as <br />approved by the City Engineer. Ail paved trailways shall be of an eight- <br />foot (8') width with two-foot (2') graded shoulders. All horse and <br />wilderness trailways shall be graded to a minimum fom'-foot (4') width and <br />surfaced as determined by the Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />Sidewal 'ks.
