<br />City of Arden Hills <br />Stacie Kvilvang worked as Project Manager for the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP) <br />redevelopment. Due to the current state of the economy and the developer no longer willing to pursue <br />the redevelopment, this project has been put on hold. <br /> <br />However, Stacie Kvilvang and Mark Ruffworked with the City on the following: <br />. Project Management which included overseeing work flow of city depattments, developer and <br />outside consultants <br />. Development of a project time line with flexibility to track all needed city, county, state and <br />federal approvals to assure development commenced by date required <br />. Development ofa project status rep01t and tracking mechanism of items to be completed and by <br />whom <br />. Monthly rep01ts (verbal and written) to the City Council regarding the project <br />. Development of legislative strategy for approval of special TIF legislation <br />. Development of a communication strategy for the project and completion of RFPlinterview <br />process to select outside consultant <br />. Negotiation of development agreement, amount of assistance and payments to City <br />. Preparation of financial feasibility and proforma analysis <br />. Presentation to community and city commissions regarding project <br />. Preparation and presentation of all power point presentations, staff rep01ts and executive <br />summaries of project for approval <br />. Development of Business Subsidy policy <br /> <br />City of Crystal <br />The City needed assistance in determining propelties to acquire with TIF funds and with the <br />acquisition process. <br /> <br />Stacie Kvilvang was the main contact person for this and worked on behalf of the City to: <br />. Develop a financial analysis of all costs associated with the acquisition and future <br />disposition of property <br />. Present findings to City Council for review and consideration of which areas to concentrate <br />on <br />. Assist City staff in development of "reverse auction" letter to asceltain interest from owners <br />in selling their propelty <br />. Coordinate all aspects of property acquisition for five parcels of land including, acquisition <br />notices, offer letters, negotiation of purchase price, site visits, meetings with property <br />owners, attend closings and coordinate utility disconnect or transfer of accounts <br /> <br />City of St. Louis Park <br />St. Louis Park is a redeveloping community with a progressive CounciL a demanding citizenry and a <br />vision of what is necessary to retain and attract citizens and businesses. They face a variety of financing <br />demands, including street reconstruction, major improvements to Highway 100 and environmental <br />challenges.
