<br />bbpc <br /> <br />Basile Baumann Prost Cole & Associates, Inc. <br />Public/Private Development Advisors <br /> <br />Request for Proposals which successfully attracted major development interest in the multi modal <br />transportation center, <br /> <br />New York MT A <br /> <br />BBPC Associates worked with the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority to evaluate joint <br />development potential at all their suburban commuter rail stations, This included a review and <br />evaluation process for screening joint development potentials and the formulation of development <br />programs and procedures for implementing joint development. Detailed economic and market <br />evaluations were conducted for ten high-priority transit stations. For the three highest-priority stations <br />BBPC Associates prepared developer prospectuses and assisted the MT A in developer solicitation and <br />selection process, <br /> <br />NJ TRANSIT <br /> <br />BBPC Associates has assisted the NJ TRANSIT Corporation in evaluating joint development potential at <br />all commuter rail stations and undertook detailed evaluations at the Princeton Junction, Trenton, <br />Elizabeth and South Amboy Rail Stations. This has involved detailed economic and market evaluations, <br />development planning and development packaging. Significant new transportation-related development <br />has taken place at both the Princeton Junction and Trenton Stations. Ongoing development packaging is <br />taking place at Elizabeth for major office development and South Amboy for major residential <br />development. <br /> <br />Miami Beach <br /> <br />BBPC Associates conducted a detailed economic, joint development and value capture evaluation of <br />constructing a new light rail transit system in Miami Beach connecting the Miami Beach Transit system to <br />the Miami people-mover (Metro-mover) and Metro Dade Rapid Transit System (Metro). BBPC <br />Associates' evaluation concentrated on determining the economic benefits of linking the one-million- <br />square-foot convention center with various hotel uses and development activities in Miami Beach and on <br />the mainland. Joint development and value capture funding opportunities for the transit system were <br />identified. <br /> <br />California State-Wide Joint Development/Air Space Program <br /> <br />BBPC Associates undertook a detailed evaluation of existing and current joint development/air space <br />programming for the State of California Transportation Commission. This included a review and <br />evaluation of available land resources and the formulation of policy and procedure recommendations. <br />Specific development recommendations for enhancing the joint development program were identified <br />and a policy and procedure manual prepared, The California Transportation Commission unanimously <br /> <br />-6- <br />
