<br />1. Ads for vacancies will be published in the Ramsey Resident twice to give <br />residents maximum response time. <br /> <br />2. The following language will be added to the Policy for Appointing Board and <br />Commission Members, Section 3.C.3. <br /> <br />The chair of each board or commission for which appointments are being <br />considered will be advised of the interview date and time and invited to submit <br />written comments to the City Council and make a recommendation regarding <br />reappointment. The form for written comments will be provided by the city.
