oThe Alexandria lIRA received $255,000 from the <br />Greater Minnesota Housing Fund (GMHF) for gap <br /> financing on The Trails project. The project will <br /> produce 100 new homes. Two model homes have been <br /> completed and seven homes are under construction. <br /> <br />West Central <br /> <br />Becker County EDA received $429,085 from Minnesota <br />Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) for a project in Lake Park. <br />The funding will be used for construction and value gap with <br />three homes being built through next year.
